Terms and Conditions

Delivery/Pickup can only be done during store operational hours: Monday - Friday (09:00 - 19:00) & Saturday (10:00 - 20:00).

Bouquets in photos are for reference only and cannot be made 100% identical due to handmade production.

Fiorisce address: Jl.Palakali Raya No.69, Kukusan, Depok (Fiorisce Floristry on Gojek).

For Gojek deliveries, the use of a paper bag is mandatory.

L & XL bouquet deliveries require a car (Fiorisce is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect delivery modes).

Fresh flower prices may change depending on farmer harvest conditions.

Orders will only be processed after payment has been made.

Fiorisce reserves the right to reject revisions not communicated at the beginning of the order.

Payments made cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases of order discrepancies.

Specifically for fresh flower products, rescheduling the pickup date is not allowed, as fresh flowers are prepared in advance.

For orders > 500k IDR, a 60% down payment (DP) can be made, with the remaining balance due D-1 when the product is ready (DP is non-refundable).
